How Dangerous Is Holosync?

Holosync Dangers
In the beginning Holosync was considered a major break-through as far as self improvement tools go. However, with increased interest in binaural beats, which is the technology behind the Holosync program, comes increased scrutiny. There are website posts online that outline the dangers of using binaural beats and Holosync that cause fear and apprehension in many would be Holosync users.

How Holosync Works

So is it reasonable to question Holosync and assume that it is dangerous?

To understand the concerns that some people have about using the Holosync Solution, and brain entrainment in general, we must look at how Holoync works and what it is designed to do.

Holosync is a unique program for brain entrainment that utilizes binaural beats. Now binaural beats, or any form of brain entrainment, are designed to alter the frequency of your brainwaves. By doing this it is possible to create altered states of consciousness i.e. Alpha state, Theta state, Delta state.

Each brainwave state has a corresponding physical state and many benefits associated with it. For example listening to a Theta or Delta recording will create profound deep sleep in the listener.

The vast majority of such recordings are made to be used frequently so that you can create a specific similar state with each listening. Holosync is very different.

Holosync was designed not to be used as a stand-alone product but to be completed as a course for personal development.

Many people believe Holosync to be dangerous because of its internal workings. It is designed to re-surface negative memories and totally remove the negative emotions associated with them.

It is the re-surfacing of this negative that gives rise to fear in many people because it can create discomfort, disease and a certain degree of upheaval. This is perfectly normal and, in fact, necessary in order to become more conscious of the subconscious programs that have been affecting our lives for so long. Once conscious of them we then, through a natural and effortless internal process, let them go.

Dangerous?

The upheaval that is experienced by some Holosync users is natural and beneficial in the long-term. These benefits are sought after by experienced transcendental meditators and it takes decades to perfect using traditional meditation techniques. Holosync accelerates this process and therefore it can be upsetting to people who are not expecting it.

Holsync is a course that takes several years to complete. It comes in stages, or levels, that are designed to uncover and remove more and more negativity from the subconscious mind. However, whatever benefits you receive from each level are permanent.

Conclusions

There is one noteworthy person who claims Holosync is dangerous - Michael Hutchinson. Mr Hutchinson made his claims without having ever used Holosync (to the best of my knowledge and that of the Holosync creator) or having any evidence to support his claim! In addition he does not make any negative claims about other binaural beat recordings yet they use the exact same technological methods!

In my humble opinion Mr Hutchinson should put his money where his mouth is and show us some evidence.

Even though there appears to be no empirical evidence that shows Holosync is dangerous and a lot of positive stories about its effectiveness I would strongly advise you to research the subject yourself. Once you have all the evidence you will be in a better position to determine whether Holosync would be beneficial to you or not.
